Titus and his twin, Venus, are born within Nerine. They both grow up within Nerine for a short-time, at least 6 months, before being kidnapped by Despayr at the border of their home. The twins are then taken to Loess, under the reign of Arthas at the time. Attempting to escape Loess, Titus finds himself in the Playground where he becomes friends with Sawtooth and Sibella. He returns to Loess and later meets Wolfbane. Titus grows distrusting of others due to his belief his parents never came looking for Venus and him.

Titus remains within Loess and decides to join the mercenary ranks under the reign of Wolfbane. One day Titus decides to visit the Playground. There he meets his younger twin sisters, Agave and Agapi. He is not surprised to find that his parents have moved on and considers having nothing to do with his parents. However, he considers being part of his younger siblings’ lives.

After participating within the takeover of Sylva with Arthas, Rey, and Vulgaris, Titus is rewarded with a 0-space trait of his choosing (immortality). He also befriends Graeme within the meadow.

A plague takes over Beqanna, Titus and the rest of the Loessian make for safety within Brilliant Pampas. Noah rules over Pampas, but Titus remains with Loess. Wolfbane invites Titus along to see what the plague has done to the rest of Beqanna. They visit Nerine and Titus checks on his family. Wolfbane also offers him a high position for either Head of War or Head of Peace, he chose Head of War.
