a summoning - Beqanna Fairy - 09-08-2016
She waits and she watches, and when she is satisfied she brings the peitioners back to her Mountain.
They will wake on the Mountainside or feel themselves pulled up, the journey simple and quick as though their hooves are the lightest of clouds.
"You have not disappointed me," mutters the granite and the birdsong. "Go forth, and see the land that I have made for you."
She pulls back the tides and holds the water close, the only time that the sand will be laid bare for the hooves of her children to walk across. When they have made it, the water will sweep back in.
