Somewhat of a backwards question - Calcifer - 09-24-2016

I'm aware that 'kingdoms' and 'herds' no longer exist in Beqanna anymore but the idea of parceling out pieces of land to horses to make smaller communities inside of the larger kingdoms seems to be a possibility in this version. See THIS thread for comparison.

My question is this: Are horses who form a group unified under a singular idea allowed to possibly petition an area for a small section of land to call their own? So ... like a society within an area? If yes, then does that specific group need a point amount to make said society or do they just need approval from the team leaders of that specific area?

If you are just having a small group inside another land, you just need approval from the lead(s) of that land. There's no rules for how each land can organize themselves, parcel out land, etc. (just do it within reason, aka 50 herds plus a kingdom probably wouldn't fit)

If you want to take over a land completely, that group would need 50 points (and to win a raid) and requires owner permission.
