In case no officers were following the cbox I think I should report some of the confusion to add to Neo's request.
Some of us were told, and the database seems to indicate, that telepaths can do some amount of mind reading and send messages. Others were told telepaths can only receive messages sent to them directly.
Also, mind reading:thoughts only, all thoughts,or some ability to read emotions attached to thoughts?

Per the trait database:
Telepathy: The ability to read and transmit thoughts in the form of words. Different from Empathy in that you cannot tell the emotion behind the words, which gives the person being mindread the option of lying if they're aware of the telepath.
So yes, you can read and transmit thoughts as a telepath.
Mind Reading: Ability to listen in on other's thoughts, but not send messages or influence them.
You cannot tell the emotion behind those thoughts since mind reading is a variant of telepathy. We'll update the database

Another source of confusion: even though telepathy seems to be the 'larger' trait, it is one space in the database, while the 'smaller' trait mind reading, is two spaces.

Sorry ya'll. There was an apostrophe in the description and the database won't update with it there without the special code and I missed it. It should actually be 2 now.
