Ive read the FAQs and still have some questions.
It is alluded to, but not clear, and I'd like to clarify the rules a bit.
a character can only transfer 10 points once - in total, ever. correct? Like reagan sent points to ashley, and cannot sent points again to wicked.
you CAN recieve in character points from other player's characters, correct?

a character can transfer an unlimited number of points to other characters, with the caveat that they can't transfer more than 10 to any individual character.
and a character can receive points from another player's characters, but those transferred points still count toward the 10 points max they can receive.
