Unknown Horse Project - Officials - 06-12-2017
As many of you know there are a number of horses in the database who, over the years and moves from older versions, have been resigned to the realm of 'the unknown'. Much of their basic info is missing - breed, parents, gender, and traits/defects - but more importantly, we don't know who used to play them. With around 3000 of these horses floating around the database, it's unlikely that we'll be able to trace them all back to their original owners, but that doesn't mean we can't try!
Though complete unknown names can be reused, we'd still like to try and track down as many unknowns in the database as we can! We've compiled a list of all the unknown ponies to see if any of you might remember some of their missing details. If you follow the link below you'll find them all listed in (sort of) alphabetical order. They may be out of order within each starting letter, but let me know if you spot any strays. Just go through at your own pace. We're aiming to discover their players, but even if you just remember their breed or gender that'd be a big help too.
Next to each horse's name and details, you'll find a number of things. Those without offspring or known parents will just have a 'no children' note. Those with offspring will have the name of the child, the other parent's name in parenthesis, and the child's player in square brackets. Player names not in square brackets are those of the horse's parents. Just because you see your name there doesn't mean you'll necessarily remember anything about that horse, but try to have a think if you can. Please only send in details for the horses you're definitely sure of. If you've only got an inkling about who might have played one of them you can post it here send it to me, but we'll keep it on the backburner until we're able to verify it.
Do not claim a horse as yours unless they are actually yours. If we catch anyone trying to take an unknown horse just so they can have the name or traits etc., it will result in a strike against them and a temporary ban.
