two worlds collide; scorch, liz, any - Ea - 09-15-2017 Ea but now I'm pulling all the strings Ea didn’t often travel outside of Ischia. The island she helped form was truly made for her: the jungle of the Amazons, the hills and water of the Dale. When she wanted to be completely alone, as she did most days now, she would take a short swim to her favorite place -- the southernmost island off the coast of the main land. Today, however, she ventures even further south -- wading along the sandbars as long as she can before swimming to the main lands of Beqanna. She lands in the Forest -- dense with trees, just like the Dale -- and notices that just past the river that splits the Forest with Taiga is covered in smoke, the land almost completely flooded. Ea pauses, trying to deduce what happened, but then continues on after a moment. There is no need to involve herself. She has gotten very good at minding her own business. Once in the thick of the forest, Ea immediately regrets crossing the ocean. It is much more crowded than Ischia, and noisier, a constant low hum throughout the land. Perhaps, deep down, she craves interaction -- Ramiel and all of their children are gone, once again -- but mostly she just believes her wandering is due to boredom. She looks around the forest and lowers her head. The ice is melting, finally, and she lips around the ground, looking for any foliage to divert her boredom. @[Scorch] @[Tantalize] RE: two worlds collide; scorch, liz, any - Tantalize - 09-28-2017 tantalize @[Ea] |
