The rule under the challenging and stealing section in the guide states:
Horses that do not have battle stats can neither be challenged nor challenge others. They can, however, be challenged for, by challenging the highest ranking member of the kingdom’s army.
Since Heda has no battle stats, would Ivar the highest ranking in the army have to fight for her?
