MONSOON

Spring is here, and so are the rains.

You can feel it - all of the animals do. In their thick canopied homes, the parrots gather close together and cease their noisy tirade. Creatures forgotten underfoot scurry to their burrows and dens, frantic to escape the looming storm. The atmosphere changes; your skin is hot, almost sticky with perspiration though there's no sun to be seen. Thick, dark clouds boil over the horizon, churning the sickly green sea and blanketing the surface of the water with an iron curtain of rain.

Monsoon season has come. Find shelter from the storms soon, before they rip across Ischia and take you along with them ...

This is An Event
-You may choose not to participate, though this is a Kingdom-wide storm.
-The smaller Islands of Ischia will be unsafe for visiting; flooding will be a dangerous reality on them
-Ischia will take damage (trees dislodged, the beach will double in size from sand deposited by the storm, bric-a-brac will wash up on shore) you may include this into your future posts.
-You are free to determine how your character reacts to / is affected by this storm.
