I feel like Zain has matured with all that has gone on in the last year ("matured" as in power hungry and will rape, torture, murder, and corrupt anyone). He would definitely be giving his seed away to anyone who survives an encounter with him and would willingly allow a mare to live if she is carrying a potential cult worshipper baby. Obviously he would be interested in tracking her down during birthing season and claiming the child. Possibly killing the mother(if you'd like to be rid of her ofc).
