Hey! I've always played Heda with empathic projection as this:

Users can share sensations or emotions with other people, either by augmenting mutually shared emotions or exercising control over others by forcing emotions onto them. Users can pass their emotions or sensations on to others and make the targets feel what they are feeling. Users can also experience the feelings of others by physical contact. Users may feel emotionally/physically weakened after using their ability.
But the current BQ definition of Empathic Projection in the database is this:
Ability to share emotions with other people, either by augmenting shared emotions or forcing new emotions onto others.
I was wondering if being able to experience others emotions/feelings through physical contact could be added to the trait's definition?

Always go by what the BQ Database says when it comes to traits :)
If something is mentioned in the SuperPower Wiki but not in the trait database, it's pretty safe to assume that it's not within the realm of the power as it exists in Beqanna. If there's any doubt, asking an owner or officer is much preferably to us having to track it down and correct improper usage.
We've broken down the empathic abilities listed in the SuperPower Wiki into a variety of different traits.
Empathic Projection is specifically the ability to project emotion.
Empathy is the ability to read the emotions/feelings of others.
So since what you're describing is empathy and Heda has empathic projection, she is unable to do anything but project her emotions onto others, and cannot read/sense/feel the emotions of others
