BQ Babes Virtual 5K - hanna - 01-28-2019
To anyone who wasn't in the discord a few nights ago, but who may be interested:
We're going to run a BQ virtual 5K sometime this spring! A lot of people have mentioned interest in getting into shape and getting motivated; so we figured a BQ Strava Group and 5K would be a great way to get everyone up and moving and supporting eachother!
If you'd like to join in, just download Strava for free on your phone and create an account, I can then send you the private link to the Strava BQ Club!
I'll be here if anyone wants a plan written up for them or are unsure where to start.
Walking, running, skipping, doesn't matter! Just come join uuuuus!
