help, i'm alive - anyone - Nadya - 06-12-2019 they're gonna eat me alive. The world she’d returned to was not the one she remembered. n a d y a RE: help, i'm alive - anyone - Kha - 06-12-2019 He watched her as she moved slowly and without purpose through his forest. Her blue dimmed by years of self torture, her skin falling across her bones like a canvas stretch to far. He followed her his footstep landing soundlessly upon the twigs and needles that littered the ground. Kha admired the way her blue hide rippled beneath the filtered sunlight. He saw a reflection of himself, in a way, after years of isolating himself to his ghostly form. Of course he had one sided conversations with hundreds of others passing through his woods but the years slipped by undetected. He had watched Beqanna fall and then rise again, he was not dangerous like this mare, though he did not know she was. He was just lost and alone. By the time he had learned how to force himself back into his living body a year had turned into decades, he had only grown a year older, physically, but had the memories of over 30 years weighing him down. When he had felt confident enough to join the world of the living he felt as if this wasn't his world any longer, and so he continued to haunt his forest. Today this blue mare had stumbled along his path. Hello he breathed sending his voice into her world of living, if that is what you could call this empty cage of a mare. His bay hide shimmered briefly to life and then disappeared just as quickly, a trick to the eye. A delightful pool on the horizon to the dying being in the desert. A mirage of sorts. KHA it doesn't matter what world you live in; it only matters what world lives in you @[Nadya] |
