Good question - I don't know where/how this trait originated, so feel free to follow up with someone who does have it. I'm inclined to say equine teeth that ooze venom when needed, but if someone else has evidence tot he contrary, go ahead and use that

So that makes Despoine the first to actually express it. I assume equine teeth with oozing venom?
Then again, it would depend on the poison as to whether it eats through the flesh/causes infected blisters or whether she would need sharp fangs to impale her victim? :| Fairy, you decide.
