True to Eiria's words with Ivar, Zhenga wasn't up to anything particular on this day. She'd been through an early morning session earlier with Raxa, who had gone off with Anahi for some training. Her dam was making an effort to learn more about speaking properly, instead of firing off whatever words first entered her mind depending on how she was feeling at the time.
Zhenga didn't have much interest in that; sure, she had manners, but she enjoyed showing off physical displays, like strength and speed instead of words. Raxa might try to force her to learn something so she wouldn't cause unnecessary trouble, but that didn't mean Zhenga had to enjoy it. She enjoyed her time away from her dam, the independent filly wanting time to do what she wanted instead of undergoing lessons she had no interest in.
So, as soon as Raxa and Anahi had left, Zhenga went to her favorite meadow, eager to spend some time alone. She did a bit of running and fooling around, just happy for her alone time before settling down to graze on the delicious summer time grass. Her time alone, for now, was peaceful, quiet, a good time to just be herself and graze without being under the watchful eye of her dam and the still-over protective Anahi since the two mares often hung out together when not with the others of the herd.
But, Zhenga still enjoyed time with her friends too, so when Eiria arrived and called out that there was a youngster with her, Zhenga's interest was peaked. With a rear and whinny, she was galloping toward her friend, spotting the black paint colt next to her. She came to a stop a foot or so away from the two of them, stomping her hooves a few times in good nature as she greeted Eiria. Zhenga wasn't much of one for nuzzling, so stomping her hooves and shaking her head became common knowledge among those of Sylva was that was how she said hello.
After greeting Eiria, Zhenga gave the colt a once over before asking, "Who's the squirt? Healthy thing but a bit on the small side don't you think?"
