So all points starting on AUGUST 27, 2015 -- (8/27) will be counted.
Post below with an accumulation of your points.
Once you reach a certain amount of points that allows for a promotion: Please inform me through PM and I will check to make sure everything is in order then place your character in the proper rank. I only ask for the PM because I know I won't always check this thread.
