    COTY

    Assailant -- Year 226

    QOTY

"But the dream, the echo, slips from him as quickly as he had found it and as consciousness comes to him (a slap and not the gentle waves of oceanic tides), it dissolves entirely. His muscles relax as the cold claims him again, as the numbness sets in, and when his grey eyes open, there’s nothing but the faint after burn of a dream often trod and never remembered." --Brigade, written by Laura

There's a song in your lung and a dream in your eye. (Celeana)

    I am not afraid.
    Celeana
To say it plain and simple she was lost. Her strife for some form or purpose and strength was vanquished. Lexa, her sister, her friend even someone she might even call remotely close to family was gone as was the Jungle and the Sisterhood. But she knew someone was out there for her, someone who she could lean on, Joscelin.

Her speckled body trembles, her thin coat wasn't necessarily the best form of warmth for the harsh blows of frigid wind that stung her skin like needles. Limbs growing numb to the cold, as her body tries to make up for the warmth by shaking her frame in tremors running up and down her spine. Frost clings to her coat, making the girl extremely uncomfortable as she scoots about her teeth chattering.

Thats when a familiar face comes into view, her mother. A smile tugs at the corners of her lips, s gentle vocals allow the scarce word to be emitted,"Mom." The word is foreign upon her lips. Even as a child the Celeana had never had the reason to use the word. Joscelin was her mother but, not biologically Celeana just never found the word necessary until now. She felt like a child again helpless, and innocent but, really she wasn't too helpless nor innocent. But something about the weather, a cold she had never experienced before left her unhinged, returning to that almost child like state.

She snuggles into Joscelin, placing her body beneath the bay mare's wing. "I'm glad your here too." She embraces the warmth that is shared, trembling ever so often. "I-I miss the Jungle." the girl admits. She would die to be there again, to feel the humidity lingering about her body, for the moistness to enter her lungs and make her feel fulfilled once again. She almost misses the annoying howls of howler monkeys. But she knew it was all gone. The faeries had taken her only home, and given back in return. A clean slate

Don't know what this is lol
