good gone girl, she’s got nothing left to lose She had never intended on coming back. Beqanna holds nothing for her anymore. Her friends, family and many of her children are dead. The few children still alive have long left this country behind. There is nothing to tie her here. Or so she had thought. Then she had come across Covet in the outlands ... She had recognized him instantly. In her youth, she had despised him, had even plotted against him during his time on the Dale’s throne. But time had washed away all animosity, and one thing had led to another. And now here she is, 11 months later, returning to Beqanna with a tiny black filly bumbling along at her heels. After having both triplets and twins in quick succession she had had no intention of ever having kids again. But she’s already proven how well she sticks with her intentions. And in the end, she doesn’t regret it. Little Rowyn is the apple of her eye - bright and strong-willed, just like Darking had been at that age. She’s almost identical in appearance to Darking’s younger self as well, with the exception of her eyes. Instead of two, bright green eyes, she has one green and one orange, the orange being from her father of course. She had first thought to raise Rowyn outside of Beqanna, but the more she had thought about it, the more conflicted she had become. Generations of Rowyn’s ancestors have lived in this land. She deserves to experience the place for herself. And so here they are. Darking has no idea where to start however. Her old home in the Dale would seem like a logical place to start, but she has no ties to this new Dale. Her home had been the kingdom that was destroyed in the Catastrophe. Her Dale is no more. So she will let the recruiters come and court her. DARKING
