    Loic is a handsome thing, but he lacks character. He’s new to me, so I need to put him through some development. I know there is a lot going on right now throughout Beqanna, and although Lo doesn’t have anything special going on for him, I’m willing to throw him into anything. Love, enemies, gaining political momentum at his own expense… whatever!
