Quest/Merry Christmas Question :)

Was going to post there but figured this is a better place to ask.

Could I join a horse with shimmering or glittery iridescent translucent wings?(oh the shiny o.O) Or would they need to be wild occurring like dragonfly/hummingbird/bat wings? I know elementals need to be asked permission for like fire/water and so forth so I just wanted to clarify because it's 730 am and I just woke up to this awesome fairy gift

if it's something found in nature (e.g. dragonfly wings), that's okay. so translucent in the way dragonfly wings are translucent are okay, but translucent to the point of invisibility or something isn't.
