Question though. Kagerus had immortality until she births a child, since she rolled for immortality and deadness at the same time at birth... If I choose her temp trait to be immortality, and then never petition to have her own immortality back... Loophole?

Since the temporary traits don't change the fundamental genetics, no, it wouldn't count as a loophole and she would still lose her immortality upon having a child regardless of whether or not it was petitioned for. Besides, there's no guarantee the temp traits will be around forever.
