    The dose makes the poison

     The weather was chill as the stone coloured mare picked her way across the landscape; her movements were lithe and seemed to indicate that she had a direction or purpose in mind. Her physique was athletic, an indication of her health.

    Though her actions were purposeful she had no destination, simply an understanding of the landscape around her, which had in essence been her home for her entire duration in Bequanna.


    The silvery steed glanced around, her dark eyes examining the landscape she was so accustomed to, there appeared to be no one about. She suspected she heard the presence of another a short distance away through the woodlands. A change of pace seemed in orde
    r; a chance at less solitude would be a welcome distraction from her usual to her usual routine. The lady angled her path toward the sound of the stranger; though as she approached she felt somewhat apprehensive, realizing she was coming upon someone she knew absolutely nothing about. She purposely made more noise than her usual silent manner as she neared, not wanting to startle the other.
