    COTY

    Assailant -- Year 226

    QOTY

"But the dream, the echo, slips from him as quickly as he had found it and as consciousness comes to him (a slap and not the gentle waves of oceanic tides), it dissolves entirely. His muscles relax as the cold claims him again, as the numbness sets in, and when his grey eyes open, there’s nothing but the faint after burn of a dream often trod and never remembered." --Brigade, written by Laura

And there's a lesson waiting to be learned
the firestarters always get the burns
and the good guys never get the girl

No-one from Pangea showed that day.

On one hand, I'm sort of glad - I know Archon Yidhra only from description, but things might have gone less smoothly then. On the other, I suspect that the Pangeans probably don't care a single thing about the Cove or the Sanctuary, and that just can't be right. We'll have to fix that, and the changes in leadership are as good an excuse as any to finally walk this way.

To be honest, I find Pangea strangely empty. I'm not sure if this has been the case for long, but the place does feel like it hasn't recently changed. There are hardly smells, and most of all I do not find the fishy smell of the Kraken woman in this territory of ours.

I have plans with it, ideas. But I wonder if anyone still lives here, anyone still leads here? If so, who?

and shooting stars cannot fix the world

Any fool knows men and women think differently at times, but the biggest difference is this: men forget, but never forgive; women forgive, but never forget.
