I feel like I should know the answer to this question, but I don't. I read the rules but I think I'm getting old. :p

If I never played a character, but they were born ages and ages ago, can I start playing them now?

Specifically, Kushiel ( Gallow's son), & Honybee & Isetnofret.

Yup! As long as you didn't kill any of the characters off, you can start playing them now. If any of them where killed, you'll need owner permission to bring them back.
