    Assailant -- Year 226

    QOTY

"But the dream, the echo, slips from him as quickly as he had found it and as consciousness comes to him (a slap and not the gentle waves of oceanic tides), it dissolves entirely. His muscles relax as the cold claims him again, as the numbness sets in, and when his grey eyes open, there’s nothing but the faint after burn of a dream often trod and never remembered." --Brigade, written by Laura

    I'm back

On the island of misfit toys there are many broken things. There is a doll who cannot smile, a truck with no wheels, and a little river who cannot find it’s way to the ocean. The river tries to go North, and is blocked by a dam, the river goes east, and finds that the tributaries have gone dry. But on Christmas Isle there is only one way to the ocean, and that way is to the West. But, no matter how much the little river struggles it is blessed by hope. Maybe one day it will reach the ocean and hope will guide it. Silently, all the toys watch the river, and hope that it will one day reach its destination.

    One from a kingdom.

The river tries to go North, and is blocked by a dam (a dam is a synonym for Weir), the river goes east, and finds that the tributaries have gone dry. But on Christmas Isle (The Dales are islands also known as Christmas Island) there is only one way to the ocean, and that way is to the West. But, no matter how much the little river struggles it is blessed by hope. Maybe one day it will reach the ocean and hope will guide it. (Ramiel is the angel of hope and guides the souls of the faithful to heaven) Silently, all the toys watch the river, and hope that it will one day reach its destination.
