Are steals limited to who's listed on the ranks board? I don't know if I heard that somewhere, so just wanted to double check

This is a great question, so there's an actual rule on the rules board now. Hopefully this helps!
If a character is not on the kingdom board yet, you can only challenge/steal that character if there is a clear IC post saying that they are joining the kingdom and/or an OOC note somewhere saying the their character will be joining the kingdom. |
