The Paradise Beach herd land is prime beachfront property for those horses that want a tropical paradise to call home. It is a narrow territory that stretches between Heaven’s Gates and the Island Resort. The lower portion is forest, but most of it consists of the beach, dunes and the meadow plants that thrive in that environment. There are only two seasons, warm and warmer, with an average temperature of 75 degrees year-round.
