evia was born and then immediately aged to maturity by a father who knew her parents were not fit to raise her. she was given enough knowledge to take care of herself, but the lack of childhood and the lack of experience has left her slightly alien. she is curious but detached and doesn’t abide by what is seen as normal rules of behavior. she takes what she wants and vacillates between being blunt and being coy. the longer that she is away from the open ocean, the angrier and harsher she becomes. when she is able to spend time in the saltwater, she is friendlier and more flirtatious.
