His eyes closed with a breath as her magic touched him, combed through his hair as he could remember it doing before in a dream. His little girl was at his side though, and it was time to get some yum in her tummy. She seemed hesitant, not quite able to leave the support of his side as she stepped and then immediately froze.

He bent his head down to touch her neck, then raised it and side-stepped away from her so that she had to stand and walk on her own. His expression was blank as he watched her, waiting for her to move forward again. She was certainly not quite so rowdy as their boy was. She was soft like her momma, light like her mommma. The only part of him that had claimed her was the armor in hiding, her dark face and dark eyes.

"Dark," he said firmly, watching to see if she reacted to it, then he nodded his nose towards Luster and the galaxy boy. "Go to your momma."

His gaze lingered on his boy nursing so greedily from his mom, twisting a small smirk in his mouth. Little guy definitely had his roughness and his hunger, the possessive way he takes what he wants and holds tight enough to crush everything that mattered. Hopefully the boy had less of that part of it, wouldn't destroy everything he touched like his father does.
