Okay, guys. so my idea is that Zayn sees that Raincloud is having a foal, doesn't think he bred her but thinks that he did but forgot it. Then the foal is born and doesn't look like either of them, and Zayn knew that she bred with another stallion. Zayn gets angry and probably hurts her and makes her swear to only ever breed with him. Then he wants to kill or exile the filly but Raincloud convinces him not to. Any ideas on how she would do that?

Zayn wouldn't be likely to think that he forgot about breeding with her. But we could say that they did actually breed and it just didn't take (which can actually happen)? And then he recognizes that the foal has a different father when the foal is born?
He'd actually be more likely to let her keep a filly, because then the filly could be kept as a future mare for him since it's not related to him. He would definitely exile a colt though. And he would be very likely to hurt Raincloud.
