Trait Inquiry - Endellion1992 - 07-26-2019
Just wondering if Eye of Providence could be considered as a trait I could petition the mountain for.
I was thinking one golden eye with gold, circular ray markings on the face.
Abilities would be something like being able to "look" in on any current events/threads (without permission) and/or being able to "look" in on current events of an individual equine that said horse has been in contact with before at any given time (with players permission).
By "look" I mean they can see and hear what ever is going on but those that are being looked on do not feel their presence.

So no to Eye of Providence. Something that basically lets you be omniscient without someone else's permission is power playing and won't be allowed.
That said, the second half of the request that allows you to look onto someone else's vision (with permission) is a subset of the powers in vision manipulation, which is a 3 space trait in the database and you would be allowed to have that. We may also consider a smaller version of that trait that's limited as your described above (must have met the horse, with user permission, can only see what others see) called sight sharing or something along those lines.
The marking would be fine, but would need to be earned/approved as a marking separately and wouldn't be part of the trait.
