She never had one before - not one that wasn't related in some way, anyway.

The yearling kelpie knows her enhanced beauty can attract, can help her pretend she is just another normal innocent filly, can help disguise what she really is. If that doesn't work, she knows that upon contact she can make others do what she wants them to, to an extent. She hasn't tried all of that out yet, but she does remember one thing.

She hadn't, in fact. Not for lack of trying, but for thinking she wanted to see the other filly again, and it would be nice to have a friend who was oblivious to what she was. Someone who would willingly come if she called.

But a male, well. Somehow she thought he wouldn't be so obedient; unless she forced him to. And so, she was due a little experiment, the sapphire blue kelpie made her way to the surface where he had appeared on, starting with a dazzling smile and a "Hello," towards the blue male.
