Mazikeen finds herself thinking a little more clearly as the steady rhythm of night and day returns to the world. Well, slightly more clearly, anyway. The presence of the sun hasn’t given her the ability to sort out her thoughts from the thick cluster in her mind and focus on any one thing with ease but the problems feel a little more manageable for the time being.

She doesn’t expect this feeling to last, but she holds onto it while she can.

Today she’s enjoying being stretched out in the lush grass that has been responding well to the presence of the sun. She’s in the shape of a white wolf with her black markings and the tail that is flopped in the grass has it’s very tip marked with black as well. While she does not think she particularly deserves this bit of peace, she is able to block out those thoughts for now. It’s a welcome break to the constant push she’s been running on herself, wearing her energy to the very last until she’s so exhausted there’s no room for anything else in her mind.

A soft, contented sigh escapes the wolf while the sun burns bright in midday overhead. She blinks her orange eyes while turning her head, trying to see if she can spot any of Hyaline’s other inhabitants without moving and see them going about their lives (hopefully) as happy as they can.
