Charmspeak, Fairy dust, flutter butt(butterfly wings on butt purely aesthetic and cannot fly, asked cassi if it was applicable via discord and she said yes), ethereal appearance, immortality
Also I know this quest trait must be related to her growth throughout the quest, I would like to think that when tipsy overcame her hallucination of the rougarou she transformed into Equus fae. This gifted her with charmspeak so she would never be silenced again, and fairy dust so she would never be trapped again by her past.
