To say that Fiorina was pissed would be an understatement. She was mad at the mountain and at herself - she should have hid her ‘this would be easier with wings’ thoughts a little more, maybe whoever had showed up wouldn’t have been such a bitch then. Being robbed off her sight, even temporarily, was a travesty. Sure her other senses were pretty good since she hunted in her spare time - but she had not thought how important sight was until it was gone. The entire world was just black. Is this what Ghaul saw all the time? At least she didn’t have horns growing out of her eyes. Small blessings. Though she could probably rock the look. She had found the trip up the mountain difficult and going back down blind was such a pain she considered just living on the slopes until she got her sight back. The un-armoured parts of her legs were scraped and she was pretty sure one was bleeding fairly significantly but she stubbornly trekked on until she was fairly certain the world had leveled out again. And then, though it went against many of her instincts, she just stopped. She was breathing heavily from a rather fun combination of pain, anger, and exhaustion, but she was not still. Her prehensile tail flicked dangerously around her like an agitated cat - if you tied a butcher’s knife to a cat’s tail - as she tried to convince herself she could handle this task and then everything would be fine once more.
