The day had been rather peaceful for the champagne colored mare. As usual, she'd been going about the business of learning to be a diplomat. Perhaps, if the king and queen thought she was ready, she could help them when journeying to other kingdoms to negotiate peaceful deals, or perhaps journey back out into the field herself to maybe find some new faces for the kingdom.
If no one was against it though, Anahi wanted to wait until after the first foaling season was over. She wasn't crying out that she wished for one of her own, but she wished to feel the joy of being a mother again. If the king and queen asked otherwise, of course she would obey, but if she was allowed to do what she wanted, she would wait.
She could already imagine a little foal growing up, running through the grassy lands of the Falls by her side...
The cool evening breeze jolted Anahi from her thoughts. The champagne mare shook her head before lowering her head for a drink of water. As usual, she'd found a quiet spot by the river to rest for the night. She had plenty of grass to graze on should she get hungry, and a fresh source of water to quench her thirst.
All in all, it was a nice, quiet, and well-picked out spot, perfect to raise a foal when spring came around.
Archie's neigh echoed up through the air, calling for the members of the kingdom to come to him. Thinking that some more new faces had been brought to the kingdom, Anahi started walking toward the stallion's cry, picking up her pace to a gallop to reach him faster.
As she approached, her sides rapidly moving as she caught her breath, Anahi bowed her head as she approached the trio of horses. She greeted the two new ones at first before stepping up to Archam, nickering in greeting as she nuzzled the side of his neck.
"You brought new faces to join the Kingdom?" she inquired, giving her mane a light toss to brush it all to one side of her neck.
