The light that shines so bright.
She has a hard time to stop the next fit of giggles, somehow she manages, but she cannot stop the wide smile that breaks through. Looking at Andras like this she can surely imagine him mock with another stallion, testing his own power and getting to know his own body in an entirely different way. But at the same time Gyps couldn’t completely shed the picture of Andras chasing the squirrel, trying to play with it. Because she was really sure that that had been the case. ”Already trying hard to succeed, I see” she replies, still grinning. ”But are you sure your opponent didn’t just kick your butt?” Of course she didn’t mean it, but Gyps couldn’t help it but to tease Andras like this.
He’s right on one part, although they have known each other for a while now, they barely know anything about each other. She didn’t even know where he lived – well that was until now, since he just told her that he was a warrior in the Falls – and she had never shared something about her home with him either. Not that it really mattered, right? Those talks would only bore her. Their current conversation in much more fun.
Gyps can only shake her head, still grinning widely, as he puffs his chest out and makes himself tall. It made him look like little colt that tries to impress other children by acting like he’s all mighty. ”Dear lord, please don’t do that Andras. You’ll look like a fool” she giggles teasingly, bumping her nose into his shoulder. Tilting her head to the side she studies him for a second, smile falling and eyes narrowing slightly. She follows his movements, watching him attack the tree with his horn. Well, of course she didn’t believe him. What use did it have to hunt a squirrel anyway? ”What has the poor thing done to deserve that?” she fakes ignorance, moving her right wing a bit over her chest as if she clutching her arms to her chest.
With his next question directed at her she shrugs a bit, gaze moving away to watch across the meadow. ”Boredom, I guess. And it’s a shame to pass on a great opportunity to fly in a clear blue sky. Not really practise, but I can’t leave them unused. Otherwise I’ll get so sore..” she answers him, a small smile pulling on her lips with that last sentence. It was true, if she didn’t fly for weeks the muscles would protest if she would take the sky again. It was better to just fly regularly, which was good for her mood too, after all, flying was one of the most fantastic experiences in this world.
