    Assailant -- Year 226

    QOTY

"But the dream, the echo, slips from him as quickly as he had found it and as consciousness comes to him (a slap and not the gentle waves of oceanic tides), it dissolves entirely. His muscles relax as the cold claims him again, as the numbness sets in, and when his grey eyes open, there’s nothing but the faint after burn of a dream often trod and never remembered." --Brigade, written by Laura

The shyness and unconfidence our Jinger had once upon a time had melted. Ebbed away by the warmpth and sharpness of time, she had warmed up to a blind stud named Juliensen. Having a foal warmed her more, making her more outgoing and fearless. Jinger loved Jewlia with all her heart, because she was her world. Her light.

Now with her love dissapeared, she needed to find the safety of another, one to hold her and her foal in his pinions. Jewlia needed a father-figure in her life, one far better than Jinger's own.

She wandered to the Field, hoping somebody would find her, with her foal in tow. Jinger raised her head to guage the time. "Mid-day." she thought. Suddenly a shadow mooved over head, and to her some-what suprise a horse flew over head. Jewlia stepped next to her mother. "Mama, I'm scared. I want Daddy." Jewlia whispered, snuggeling into her mother's comforting barrel.

Jinger suppressed a chuckle. "Darling, there's nothing to be afraid of. We'll find him someday." she sighed, turning her head to gaze in the distance. "I just hope we find him soon"

(OOC: I know this is awful, sorries.)
