Dear Illios,
The <b>fruits (Tangerine)</b> of our labour shall amount to nothing. The front is a bloody, gruesome mess - gods be damned for teaching Man the art of <b>war (Warrick)</b>. The enemy - France, or some such - has introduced new shells, and the <b>fragments that explode out of them (Tephra definition: rock fragments and particles ejected by a volcanic eruption)</b> are what's tearing us down. Men, falling at every step, so many that I fear we will have none come fall. As of the last count, we have <b>969 (the exact number of employees of Tangerine banking, clearly stated when 'Tangerine' is googled)</b> men left to slaughter in this meaningless venture. Perhaps, by <b>forward banking (Tangerine, the bank company's, slogan)</b> to the left at the front, we can counteract the pressure they've put on our horsemen. Gods willing, we'll come out on the other side with some men to tell of our failure. At any rate, if we do not die, we are most assuredly going to be <b>ejected (Re: Tephra definition)</b> from France, no surprise there. Without <b>a strong leader to defend us (The meaning of the name Warrick, according to this website: https://nameberry.com/babyname/Warrick)</b>, we are no match for the French.
