    COTY

    Assailant -- Year 226

    QOTY

"But the dream, the echo, slips from him as quickly as he had found it and as consciousness comes to him (a slap and not the gentle waves of oceanic tides), it dissolves entirely. His muscles relax as the cold claims him again, as the numbness sets in, and when his grey eyes open, there’s nothing but the faint after burn of a dream often trod and never remembered." --Brigade, written by Laura

As the stallion lifted his head he let the breeze carry his mane, he then shut his eyelids and breathed in and out scenting the different scents, the stallion then gave a grunt as he trotted over to the river bank, there he drooped his muzzle to the water where he sucked it up regenerating his thirst.

Once the stallion was done he padded over to a tree where he rubbed his body on it, the stallion then lay down and rested his head in the tall grass, now he looked like a headless horse, the stallion breathed heavily in the warm weather but atleast it was better than snow and 30 mile an hour winds. Once he had layes there for a solid good hour he got up and shook his body getting rid of any insects, the stallion then cantered down the gully reaching for the thick brush of grass, once he had got there he drooped his head and started to graze
