She looked at Canys as he thought of her proposition, he looked like he had stories to tell but it would take time to learn of them. After a few moments of consideration the stallion agreed to return to the Dale with her, causing a smile to appear on her face Great! Lets get going! her tail was high set gently flowing in the autumn breeze. She looked into the sky as the sun was getting closer to the ground, it would be fully gone by the time they made it to the kingdom. She turned her head giving a quick smirk to the stallion before bolting off towards the Dale. It could be what you say, an early start to the race he promised. She hoped for multiple runs with her the stallion who could be a new friend, and whether or not he wanted to run alongside her was up to him.
She playfully thrashed her head around letting a whinny escape, she was yet again drawn to a place of freedom. It was nice to have another equine around to share the joy with her, someone who could share a laugh or two with. She ran extended her legs as far as they went, running as fast as they would allow, letting a laugh escape every now and than. About a quarter way into the trip she slowed to a walk for the remainder of the trip, regaining her energy.
The remainder of the walk was rather silent, but a nice and peaceful silent, not awkward. And this is the Dale she smiled as they entered the entrance, the sun was almost fully in the sky and the stars were the only light offered. I hope you will enjoy the kingdom! she gave a humble smile as she stopped to gaze at him, curious to any questions he may have.
Canys' eyes drifted everywhere as the two horses entered the Dale. The small beams of light which shone through the ceiling captivated him and impressed upon him the mythical nature of the realm which he had entered. Zaravich had been very helpful so far in guiding him here but so many new questions ran through his mind.
As Zaravich spoke Canys nodded his head in approval, clueless of what she was actually saying. Canys had taken a great interest in the world that now surrounded him, but was aware enough to hear the tone in Zaravich's voice rise slightly which denoted the end of a question. “Yes” spoke Canys, hoping that he had sufficiently convinced Zaravich. “I have many questions about this land”. After uttering this phrase, Canys began his series of questions for the pretty mare. “Who is the ruler of this kingdom? How far do these lands extend? How many other horses currently inhabit the Dale? Are there any other kingdoms at war with us?”.
Satisfied that he had asked everything within his capacity, Canys awaited Zaravich's response.
The ebony mare gazed at the orange stallion, curious to his reaction of the lands. He seemed distracted by everything, taking it all in; and than he spoke. Question after question, wanting to know all there is to know about the lands. She gave a gentle laugh, taking a moment to register all his questions.
Our king is Ramiel, he is a strong leader and kind hearted! Ea is his queen, she was newly selected so I don't have any personal interaction with her. She seems lovely though! Zara had no complaints of her king and queen, they took care of the Dale and all the members. Our lands are pretty much all in the mountains, I can show you the exact territory lines later if you want! Her tail gently swayed swatting at the insects that annoyingly bit at her hips. We have quiet a few members, they come and go though, You won't really see everyone until the next kingdom meeting. the last meeting is when Zara met equines she didn't even know belonged to the Dale. Finally his last question to be answered We are not at war with kingdoms, there was a war we were in some time ago but it has been peaceful now. I am not a warrior so I couldn't give you full details, you'd have to ask one of them.
Talking about the warriors reminded her of the castes, she figured now would be as good a time to tell him about the castes. Also, we have two castes you can choose from, the diplomats who recruit and take care of the politics of the kingdom. There is also the warrior caste, who protects us of course, does mocks blocking steals. Do either of those spark your interest? She smiled at him, it wasn't an easy decision to pick a caste, but rewarding none the less.
