Note: A large number of voting characters barely qualified as 'active', and we feel this violates the spirit of the rule, which is to allow only currently active members of a land to vote. As a result of this, the owners and officers have decided to change the wording of the current rule for mutinies and votes going forward to require more - and more recent - activity from characters in order to qualify them as active and therefore eligible to vote in situations like this. |
